In
1980, Heinz Konsolke founded the "bekon kabelservice" in West Berlin.
Right from the start, the firm concentrated on supplying flexible control
and measuring cables,
and costumer designed cable for special purposes.
|
|
In
1994, the company officially became bekon kabel GmbH and moved to Felgentreu
in Brandenburg, northeast Germany. Due to the great demand for cable and
spiral cords, it was necessary to concentrate production and stock keeping. |
|
The
new site mainly produces spiral cords, which are used in computers, radio
technology, apparatus
and special machine,
in the chemical industry, and in electrical engineering and electronics
world-wide. |
